This spacious home is perfect for families or small groups, with three full bedrooms plus an additional bunk nook built in under the stairwell. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a primary bedroom upstairs on the main level. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. You can unpack all your belongings in the dresser or hang them up in the large walk-in closet. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a sleek walk-in shower. There is also a half bathroom located on this level to cater to the common areas. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor and feature plush queen-sized beds and flat-screen Smart TVs. If you are traveling with the kiddos, they’ll love curling up in the twin-sized bunk nook built underneath the stairwell. The bunk area has a sliding door for a little added privacy, but note that this is more of a nook than a separate bedroom. The bedrooms on the first level share access to the second full bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

You can enjoy the beautiful Florida weather from the comfort of the private balcony, backyard, or community pool area. The balcony is outfitted with comfy furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening happy hour drinks. There’s also a small breakfast table with seating for four if you prefer to dine al fresco. There is additional outdoor seating on the ground floor patio along with a gas grill for BBQing up a meal for your group. The community pool sits just around the corner from your front door, so you won’t have to go far to get some swimming or sunbathing time in. Once you’re ready to get out and explore the area, you can take the bikes out for a spin and head down to the public beach (2 min bike ride) or Eastern Lake Park (3 min bike ride). There are also several restaurants within walking and cycling distance, including Steamboat Grill 30A, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean, Buddy’s Seafood Market, the Perfect Pig, Cafe 30A, and Kahve & Cream.

As a guest, you will have private access to the entire home and free access to the nearby community pool. Please feel free to use our bikes to explore the area. We have four adult bikes plus a Burley Bee for any little ones. We also provide a selection of beach gear for guests, including chairs and a cooler.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to two vehicles. Feel free to use the garage to park the bikes and any golf cart you may choose to rent.

Amenities in the unit include wifi, cable TV and apps, a washer and dryer, a gas grill, Keurig and drip coffee-makers, cookware, spices, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a hair dryer, hangers, yoga mats, keyless entry, and more.
