Located a short walk or cycle from the property, Old Florida Fishhouse features a large outdoor dining area looking onto Eastern Lake. Dining features traditional entrees as well as an extensive, excellent sushi menu.
Shades 30A
This might be our favorite restaurant in the area. Located in Rosemary Beach, Shades has a sports bar feel combined with excellent food and a great selection of cocktails and beers.
Beachy Bean Coffee
Located just next to Old Florida Fishhouse, Beach Bean is a great place to grab a morning coffee and breakfast snacks. In the same building is Coastside 30A, which is a small wine and beer bar in the evenings.
The Perfect Pig
Three locations in the 30A area all feature creative Southern menu items. Be prepared if you order the Three Little Pigs burger! You may want to have a partner to help!
Cafe 30A
Excellent upscale dining in 30A, located between the Emerald Air townhome and Seaside beach. Look out for special deals- early birds can get 50% off of a second entree.
The Big Chill
Located in the Prominence townhome development, the Big Chill (formerly “The Hub”) features various bar/restaurants, numerous big screen TV’s, an ice cream shop and other shops.
Outdoor Markets
A farmers market takes place in Seaside Square and Rosemary Beach every week. Excellent local food products are available including fruits, vegetables, honey, pastries and meats. Our favorite is the Sri Lankan food!
