We are a small, family owned vacation rental company. We believe that exceptional vacation time with the family is something that everyone deserves, and we aim to provide the best property and amenities possible to maximize your family’s ability to relax, restore & rejuvenate.
Currently we only own one property in Seagrove Beach, Florida, but we hope to expand in the future.

The community pool is not heated. But, it does warm up pretty quickly depending on the weather. It will generally be usable from April through October, with possible usage in March and November.
Unfortunately, we have a strict “no pets” policy. The Homeowners Association does not allow dogs, and we also want to ensure all guests know that they will be staying in a property that is free from any pet allergens.
Parking is available for two cars in the driveway.
There is an option to park a 3rd vehicle. There is a self-storage facility just behind the townhome development, and there is an arrangement where guests of the townhomes can park at the self storage area free of charge.
Our property comes with four bicycles and a trailer, but it does not come with a golf cart included. They can be rented locally at many different places and delivered to the property on any day you’d like. Rates vary between approximately $600-$1000 per week depending on the size you’d like and the time of season. We have a promotion code for a 10% discount with a preferred supplier in the area.
We do not have a Pack & Play at the property. We can provide a promotion code for a 10% discount with a great supplier in the area who will deliver it to the property.
Early check-in and late check-out all depends on the booking schedule and our cleaning crew’s ability to adapt. If there is a suitable gap between the previous or next booking, we will do our best to grant access beyond the normal check-in/check-out times. But, it can be difficult to guarantee until very close to the start of booking.
Eastern Lake Beach access is about a 1/2 mile from the doorstep, and can be reached in two minutes by bicycle. Check out the “Beaches” page on the website for a full description of the local beach options closest to the property.
For restaurants, there are some great options within walking or cycling distance. The Old Florida Fishhouse is a great option, and it’s about 1/3 of a mile from the townhome. It’s very quick on the bike but also walkable. There’s also the Steamboat Grill about 100 ft away from the townhome which is a local’s favorite. Over in the same area as the Florida Fishhouse is a great coffee shop (Beachy Bean) and small bar (Coastside). There’s another restaurant called the Perfect Pig, which is a little over a 1/2 mile away. It’s a great restaurant, and definitely quick on the bicycles. There’s a new development with restaurants and shops right next to the townhome complex (Greenway Station) which will be open in Summer 2023.
There is no observable noise or disturbance from any construction in the area. A new strip of shops and restaurants is under construction down the street from the property, but it is almost complete and has not caused any disturbance.
We require the primary renter to be at least 25 years of age, and we require a parent present for any persons under the age of 25.
